Delivery Information

  1. QUEST shall use its reasonable endeavours to ensure that each delivery of goods includes an accurate delivery note and all relevant reference numbers.
  2. Any dates quoted for delivery are approximate only. QUEST shall not be liable for any delay in the delivery of goods or failure to deliver the goods if caused by a Force Majeure Event.
  3. If QUEST fails to deliver the goods, its liability shall be limited to the costs and expenses of the customer. In such cases, QUEST will issue a refund.
  4. If the customer fails to notify QUEST of the return of an order within three (3) business days, QUEST reserves the right to refuse the return after this period.
  5. If the customer fails to take delivery of the goods within three (3) business days of QUEST notifying the customer that the goods are ready, QUEST shall store the goods until the actual delivery takes place and charge the customer for any related expenses.
  6. If 10 (ten) business days have passed after QUEST notified the customer that the goods were ready for delivery and the customer has not taken them, QUEST will refund the customer the initial amount minus any related expenses or costs.

Next Working Day Delivery as Standard

QUEST offers a next day delivery service if the order is placed before 12pm on weekdays only (Monday to Friday).

Saturday and Sunday deliveries are unavailable.
