The Quickest Way To Get Your Supplies

1. Only online orders are eligible for Click and Collect.

2. Check the product availability on the website before placing an order.

3. Wait for the order confirmation email.

4. Orders are ready for pickup within 2 hours during regular business hours.

5. Warehouse location: QUEST ELECTRICAL, Eastham Place, Burnley, Lancashire, BB11 3DA

6. Bring a copy of the order confirmation (printed or on your phone) as proof of purchase.

7. Bring valid photo ID matching the name on the order confirmation.

8. You can nominate someone to collect for you—just provide them with the order confirmation and their own ID.

9. Changes to your order must be made before receiving the collection notification.

10. For cancellations, contact our customer service team promptly.
